NURSERY

Greene Memorial offers Nursery for newborns through 2 year olds for our Sunday morning Worship Services.

The Nursery Suite is located on the first floor just down the hall from our Welcome Center. We have a playroom and crib room for your little ones full of age appropriate toys and equipment. We also have a child friendly restroom in our Nursery Suite so we don’t have to walk children down the hall to our other facilities.

Our Nursery staff is there to assist you in anyway they can.

Our church is a “Safe Sanctuary” which means we have policies and procedures in place to make every effort our children, youth, and at risk adults are in a safe and caring environment when they enter our building. We do ask for parents to sign their child/children in upon arrival and let us know of any special needs they may have to assure quality care.

 

Ministry With Children 3 Years Old Through 5th Grade

Sunday School from is during morning worship. Children will be escorted to their Sunday School classroom following the children’s message.

 Children’s Classes are held on the 1st floor.

Annual Events:

  • Advent Festival

  • Planting flowers in front of church

  • Seasonal Events

  • Vacation Bible School in Summer

Beginning in the 3rd grade, children can serve as acolytes for our Worship Service.   Children also receive a Bible when they enter the 3rd grade.

Jesus said,  “let the little children come to me and do not stop them for it is to such as these the kingdom of heaven belongs.”

Children are our present, and our future, our hope, our teachers, our inspiration.
